To  discuss room hire and check availability please contact the Warden in the first instance…

Telephone: 01908 604673. If the Warden  is not available, please leave a  message  and the Warden will return your call.

Room Hire Application

If our rooms are suitable and available, the Warden will send you  an Application for Room Hire, (online or Word document). Please return completed form via email to the above address, or post to:

If this is the first time you have booked rooms at the Quaker Centre, you will be  invited  to visit the Quaker Centre to view the rooms and learn about practicalities such as fire precautions.

Booking confirmation

Upon receipt of your application your booking will be confirmed in writing, usually by email. Please do not assume that you will have use of the facilities until you have received the confirmation letter.

Please note that the Warden works part-time. Every effort will be made to respond to email enquiries on the same day but we are not always be able to do so.
